How do I get the priority support and how do I use it?

You need a PREMIUM subscription to get priority support.

You can subscribe to the PREMIUM subscription via the Pricing Page.

If you successfully subscribed, you will find the "Premium Support" in the side bar. On the left you can just submit your request. You should receive an answer in 24h after submit via your email (please look also in your spam folder).
